Folkestone, Trench, Vegas

Craig Spenceley the director of The Trench, new title “Battle of the Somme” has finished his edit of the full short docu-drama for the a new exhibition at the Royal Inskilling Fusiliers Museum in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland. You can see it on Vimeo here: http://www.vimeo.com/822828

It’s pretty cool. He’s done a great job. Really impressed we did this in such a short time.

This weekend on the 30th of March am doing a short drama in Folkestone for Joe Shaw. If anyone is local and fancies assisting me then let me know. It’s a daylight shoot so shouldn’t be too long. I am shooting on the EX and Letus Extreme,

On a separate topic before NAB starts I have decided to visit Death Valley  to do some filming and then Red Rock. Should be pretty cool. If anyone can direct me to the best places to go to that would be great.

  2. Phil,

There are a number of places to see, but two that are really high on my list are Ubehebe Crater and The Racetrack. The former is an easy drive in any kind of car, but the Racetrack may require more ground clearance. I’ll also be at NAB – Monday afternoon – Thursday and can be reached on my cell 562-652-6520 – can also recommend a great, cheap Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam. I’ll have my EX1 with me and wouldn’t mind a stop in DV.
