Personally am not surprised at lack of 720p. The 5dmkii chip heats up a lot when shooting video, more than the 1dmkiv and 7d chips and asking it to do twice as many frames a second may have caused spontaneous combustion!!<\/p>\n<p>We are getting live histogram for exposure, manual audio with 64 level increments and change to 48khz for sound. All good stuff. Strange we are getting details released so oddly&#8230;we also had earlier reports that Canon had the timeframe as mid March on their site but that vanished quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Well I guess we will find out what is and isn&#8217;t true soon.
