I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday or if you are working&#8230;sorry&#8230;that was me last year!<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been a hell of year. Much has happened and the readership of my website\/blog has soared, especially tied in with the HD-DSLR revolution. The site workload has gone up enormously so If I haven&#8217;t replied to an email you have sent me, please persist and send again. They get a bit lost in backlog and you tend to get replied to if i happen to have my blackberry in my hand at the time!<\/p>\n<p>Use this free time to shoot if you can and I hope you get a nice new lens, camera or some other cool bit of gear! I have got my dad the very cool Canon 500D (Rebel Ti1) to get him back into photography and he may even end up using it for video&#8230;but I doubt it. It&#8217;s OK&#8230;am not ruining surprise, he doesn&#8217;t read my blog!<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to everyone who has been a big help to me this year. Den Lennie, Steve Weiss, Sara Collaton, Rick McCallum, Mike Blanchard, Dave Beck, my family and friends and so many more than I couldn&#8217;t possibly mention them all, especially my new internet buddies through Twitter, most of whom I haven&#8217;t met but consider them friends.<\/p>\n<p>Have a great Christmas and speak soon!
