BVE is the Broadcast Video Expo, formerly at London’s Earls Court but for the past 3 years has been at the much nicer (but further for me) Excell. It is the UK’s biggest show for camera/ film/ broadcast and this year is much bigger than last year’s one I have been told although sadly Sony and CVP are not exhibiting there this year for some reason.

Last year I spoke in the Cinematography theatre for BVE about 4K and then about the shooting of season 1 of CNN’s The Wonder List with Bill Weir. Both of the talks were absolutely rammed which was great. This year I am doing a follow-up to the Wonder List talk from last year as I talk about the shooting of season 2 and show some clips. Season 2 was even more of a challenge as I always strive to do better so I made my life even more difficult. Come see the talks to learn more about bringing very high production value to a primetime broadcast TV documentary series with a tiny crew.
