Yes there is a lot of noise with this camera. -3db doesn&#039;t take away noise, the best way to reduce noise is using the picture profile settings within the camera. I don&#039;t have one so I cannot advise but I would check out dvxuser.net</description>

Were you still seeing noise at minus gain settings?

The DOF seems shallower than I would have expected with the stock lens, were you at the end of the tele and wide open? Even some of the wider shots looked like they had some DOF!</description>
