Hi all, Not sure if this is the correct section for this but.... We're a small studio in Boston, and we're currently looking for someone to work on a freelance basis as a third shooter/assistant on wedding shoots. We have one immediate date in mind - New Year's Eve - with the possibility of much more work through 2013 if it works out. We're a husband and wife team, and we place a priority on high production value and on unobstrusive ninja skills, and making our clients feel comfortable. We were named Boston's Best wedding videographers by the Improper Bostonian this year, and we were just featured in Boston Weddings Magazine as expert vendors. What we're looking for is someone with experience shooting on Canon DSLRs, who can look at our work and understand our aesthetic approach, and, importantly, someone who understands wedding culture and the mindset of our client. We don't want someone who's obsessed with the technicalities of shooting at the expense of understanding the project and the story. They must be presentable to clients, responsive, intelligent and able to work under pressure. For the NYE shoot, the shooter will be mainly assisting - moving equipment cases, helping set up as well as shooting a third camera for the ceremony. If you are interested (or know someone else who is), please check out our work at longhaulfilms.com and contact me via email at tom@longhaulfilms.com. Many thanks Tom
