I am available for Directing, DP work, making a film for you and of course teaching and private tuition.
Whether it’s documentary, broadcast, corporate or commercial…I have experience in most genres. I spent 17 years working in news covering the world’s biggest stories and since 2006 I have been working freelance with my own company, Some Like It Shot Productions Ltd. I have worked for all the major networks in the UK and most in the US.
The documentary I filmed, “How to start a revolution” picked up numerous awards including Best Documentary at Raindance 2012, multiple film festivals and a BAFTA.
My rates are dependent on the type of job required, the length of time and if gear is needed. I also offer discounts for longer bookings.
The cameras I own cover every budget. They include the Canon 5DmkIII, Canon 1DC which can shoot 4K, Canon C100, Canon C300, Sony FS700 and the 4K / HD / raw Sony F55.
I have full lighting gear, motion control with the Kessler Cinedrive, Sliders and robotic heads, plus a small DSLR size jib. Anything else can be hired in as needed.
I also have a Movi M10, the ground breaking piece of gear that can give you stunning results in a fraction of the time that a Steadicam can and with much more flexibility.
