Hi Miguel. I have not tried the indifocus but heard good things but i cannot say more than that without first hand experience with it.

Hi, Philip, I’ve been searching for a FF for my Letus Extreme with Nikon primes and I found different solutions with many different prices… Besides what you already said abour RR and Zacuto, have you come across any of these: http://www.indifocus.com/products_indifocuspro.htm or

I do prefer my Zacuto, but the RR is way cheaper and very nice. But, not taking into account costs? Then the Zacuto

A few weeks ago I asked exactly that in the Q&A section. These seems to be the answer. But would you confirm that because I read that zacuto lens gears would not work with the RR F, at least with nikons:

I own NIKON MF 50mm 1.2, 35mm 1.4 and 105mm 2.5 and already bought the zacuto zipgears (I still plan to buy Zacuto FF), but if this really works I´ll save some US$500 and go RR

i guess it depends on your rods. I use the Zacuto rods which have a lot of adjustments with them

I’ve been using the Redrock V2 follow for a couple of months now and found it excellent. Only downside i have found so far is the fact it can be flipped to operate “dumb”side. That and the metal marker catches on things.

Also, I use the Zacuto focus rings with it and they work fine. For wider lens like zooms the redrock rings are fine since they don’t add a larger foot print to the lens but normal sized lens the tight fitting Zacuto rings are so much better,
